Hello! I’m May, a passionate chef dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences tailored to your unique tastes and preferences. With 11 years of experience in the industry, I bring a blend of creativity, precision, and love for food with every dish I prepare.
My journey in the industry actually began in the front of house working as a waitress for a few restaurants. The love for cooking made me make the switch to the kitchen and since then, I've had the pleasure of working for Morimoto Napa, Beltane Ranch, Paula LeDuc Fine Events & Catering to name a few. I am always interested in honing my skills and expanding my repertoire.
I specialize in fresh, farm-to-table cuisine centered around global flavors with a modern twist and I’m committed to using the finest seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are not only delicious but also nourishing.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you might find me hiking a nearby trail with my pup, in a Pilates class, exploring local farmers markets or experimenting with new recipes at home. I’m always excited to share my love for food and create culinary memories that you and your loved ones will cherish.
